We primarily ship to transportation depots chosen by us or directly to your door. Here’s a breakdown of our shipping options:

Depot Delivery (Free of Charge):
We offer free shipping to the following depots, based on your location. Your order will be delivered to the nearest available depot within 100 kilometers of your address, though this may vary based on availability.

Door-to-Door Delivery (Additional Cost):
If you prefer direct door-to-door delivery, this service is available at an additional charge, calculated based on your order details and location. Our admin team will notify you of the shipping cost before processing the shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Depot Delivery: Orders will typically arrive at the chosen depot within 5-12 business days after processing.
Door-to-Door Delivery: Estimated delivery time for this service is 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors like weather, transport delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Processing Time:
We aim to process all orders within 2-8 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take longer. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Costs:
Depot Delivery (Admin-approved): Free of charge.
Door-to-Door Delivery: Additional charges apply. The final shipping cost will be calculated and communicated by our admin team.


International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within our service areas and do not currently ship internationally. Please check back later for updates.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
While we take extra care in packaging your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the carrier. If this occurs, our customer service team will assist you with filing a claim if needed.

Changes to Shipping Information:
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct and up-to-date when placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, changes to the shipping address cannot be made.
